Great for babies and planet 

Designed to be kind on bottoms and the planet, Pura’s super soft nappies are enhanced with organic cotton for a luxuriously comfy fit, with plant-based materials against babies’ skin.  

Allergy UK certified, totally chlorine free and fragrance-free, they are perfect for sensitive, eczema, and allergy prone skin.  

Super absorbent, sizes 3-7 provide up to 12 hours leak-free protection to keep developing skin healthy and dry, while Pura's newborn nappies (sizes 1-2) feature an umbilical cut-out to protect the delicate belly area, and a handy wetness indicator.  

All Pura nappies are made using carbon neutral manufacturing with sustainable materials and less plastics. They are EU Ecolabel verified to have a low environmental impact too! 

We champion nappy recycling! 

Although our nappies are not biodegradable – Pura is working on a solution for the 3 billion disposable nappies that are thrown away annually in the UK.  

Nappies have been recycled in Wales since 2009 - thanks to NappiCycle and the support of the Welsh Government. 

Partnering since 2020, Pura NappiCycle keeps 40 million nappy equivalents out of landfill in Wales annually. 

But Pura wants all UK parents to have access to free nappy recycling. To make this happen, we need to convince local and central government, and we’re doing this with a series of nappy recycling trials in England.  

Our original Bristol nappy recycling trial in June 2022 was the first of its kind in England. During the six month trial, we saved 31,500 used nappies from landfill. We think nappy recycling is the only way to immediately eliminate polluting nappy waste from landfill. Watch this space for info on the next trial.
